History

Main factory was moved to Thailand, where we have expanded our production capability, able to produce greater range of plastic parts and also acquired the skill of final assembly. Company therefore upgraded from OEM to ODM. Developed many items which got the patent from U.S.A and some other countries.
We have vertical intergraded from products design to final assembly ready to go out, any job can be  started from design, prototyping , mold making and injection mold the parts all directed, monitored by professional experts.
During this period of time, we have made many tennis racket parts, engineering plastic parts, exercise equipment and own brand ¡§PAGODA¡¨ stationeries.
All sold directly to the market of Europe, America, Japan, Middle East and Asia.

Set up a R&D team, increased budget for new products development, promoting company¡¦s image, put up our own brand ¡§PAGODA¡¨ stationary onto the stage of international market.
We always maintain a good communication with our customers to assure job is done properly.
Either the drawing was provided by the customer, then developed into production or we execute the whole procedure, start from prototyping, confirmation, mold making and final production, we always closely communicated with our customers. Also provide professional advise when requested, or we initiate suggestion for various options to save the cost for customers.
Due to our commitment of this managing style, we have earned the trust from many customers of world famous brand.
We have mass produced tennis racket parts, exercise equipment, ski-boots, in-line skating and related parts. Therefore obtained good reputation in our field.

During this period of time, most products were sold to customers in Europe an America. Orders were continuously, steadily, growing. We determined to promote our own brand name ¡§PAGODA¡¨ stationary, it attracted the interest of major Japanese stationary company and personal computer peripheral company. They were pleased to place big order subsequently, and we enjoy the mutual trust relationship up to date.

As of sporting goods, besides the existing products we have developed golf products, also sell to Europe and America.
The stationary sold to Japan were widely accepted by local market which encouraged our customers.
Our cooperation was more firm than before. Since they have good confidence to our design capability we were asked to joint their R&D department to develop some new products. At the end of 2004, we completed the final development and ready for mass production. Right now, this turn out to be one of our major products.
Because our good quality control in Thailand factory, some local Japanese company have approached us. We start to make high quality chair parts, agri-machinery parts, home appliance parts, thermo set material for electric device.
As we foresee the increase of coming orders, therefore we have injected more capital and bought new equipments, all new machines were installed and test ran at the first half of 2006,those new equipments would improve the quality and efficiency of production line. More sales and production is inevitable
At the beginning of 2006, CLS started the qualifying process of the ISO 9001:2000 version quality control system, we aimed to obtain international recognition and up grade our corporate image through the approval of ISO 9001:2000
At the mean time, we will have a more complete administration system and more efficient management. Focused on the inter-relationship between ¡§customer orientation¡¨, ¡§quality system¡¨ and "quality goal". Then will have the corporate culture altered.
